We have made the video material available in two formats. The first format is a the streaming video format. The streaming video format consists of four parts that will download as you watch them.

The second type of video format is a static download. The static files can be downloaded individually, and played back on your computer at a later time, even when you are off line. The static video files are in MP4 format. The video is divided into 4 chapters for easy download and distribution.
